one day
everything
changed.

you weren’t you anymore
and everyone was acting
like they’d known forever.

and I don’t understand
because it’s not everyone
not all the time
but I can see it now.
and I’m confused.

so stop for a while
and let me catch up
because you all changed, moved on and left

and no one ever told me.

so if the world could stop revolving please
if everything was
still-and-silent
maybe I would understand
these things you’re trying to say

because I’m not so sure
I like what has happened.
because I keep missing things
that I feel I should see.
because no one ever tells us
that it’s going to be this

HARD.

Ok, so this is obviously based on my real feelings, but I sort of feel detached from it, like I feel it and it's happening but I can deal with it...So don't go too overboard on the OMG EMO, ok? LOVE YOU.

haha dont worry, ive been trying to write that for years and i feel it in an emo way so IF ANYONE EVER CALLS YOU EMO THEY CAN JUST COME CALL ME EMO INSTEAD AND THEN ILL KICK THEM WITH MY HEAVY BOOTS, MMKAY?
